For me practising yoga is like sailing on a boat that teaches you to navigate the ocean of life, sometimes calm, sometimes with high and violent waves. It brings you to a safe haven with your body, mind and soul a little battered but enriched by having taken on board valuable lessons of how to deal with issues occurring during your  journey.
