Yoga is a wonderful way to stay balanced in our often hectic world. Maybe we fill our time with too many activities ourselves. Yoga helps to focus on our presence in our surroundings right at that moment through our breath. It seems too simple to believe sometimes that we ourselves are in control of how our nervous system is driven just by consciously breathing in and out.
As an English trainer I enjoy combining language learning and yoga as it is based on learning by doing, which I feel is the natural approach to embracing learning.
